Located less than a mile from Waconda lake, this hunting/fishing getaway is the perfect place to enjoy a week of fun with your friends and family! This spacious home has an open concept living room, dining room, and full kitchen along with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A microwave, oven, and outdoor grill is supplied to ensure all your cooking needs are met. A double car port is located on the backside of the property. A smart TV and Wifi are also included. Indoor pets and smoking are prohibited.

Woods & Waves on 8 acres at the lake

$60 a person. Pick your room(s). Woods & Waves is located in the top two floors of the 3-story historic home of Govener Avery. Walk to lake & to the store. 8 acres, gated drive. Convenient & peaceful. BBQ, Firepit, Boat parking. "Top floor Master bedroom" King bed & private full bath . "Top floor Bedroom" 2 twins & private full bath. "Main floor Bedroom/bonus room" Queen memory foam sofa bed, dbl bed futon w/bunk & full bath across hall. Main floor "Bar room" 1 twin, full bath down hall.

Lakefront: The Cabins at Rocky Pond

This cabin sleeps up to 3 adults with 2 twin size beds in 2 lofts and one futon on floor level. The kitchenette has a mini-fridge with a sink, and microwave. It has a bathroom with toilet and standup shower. Heat and AC are provided. A fire pit, picnic table, outdoor water hydrant, and grill are outside the cabins. The view from the porch overlooks Rocky Pond and surrounding countrysides. Quick access to High Banks Race Track, the Fairgrounds, Hunting grounds, Belleville Museums, and Shopping.

An extra wide street with TONS of parking out front and a large gravel parking area behind the house with exterior outlets at both for charging capabilities. Must be 25 to rent!

The house has a great three bedroom layout including two rooms with king beds and one room with twin bunk beds. Great yard with large fenced in backyard.
