Cosy one bedroom cottage with private parking on outskirts of Kirkwall ideally suited for a couple, with sofa bed in the living area. 2 miles from the airport and 5 minute walk to the famous Highland Park Distillery. 20/25 minute walk to St Magnus Cathedral in the town centre where there are all the usual amenities including shops, bars and restaurants. The cottage is situated in a quiet area with views over farmland. Wi-Fi and heating provided at no additional cost.

A stay at this flat gives you easy access on foot to Kirkwall's town centre and all it has to offer. If you are taking a car to explore further afield, there is also on site free parking. The flat is literally just around the corner from the fantastic Rendall's Bakery, the Willow's Chinese Takeaway and chip shop, and the Wellpark Garden Centre and Willows Coffee shop!

Apt 2 is in a quiet central location in Kirkwall with it's own garden, traditional stone wall feature and wood burning stove. This is a perfect home to come back to after a busy day sight seeing. Three bedrooms with an additional sofa bed and fold down bed allow us to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. A large patio area provides space for outdoor dining and barbeques with a hot-tub to relax and unwind. Based on a working farm your neighbours will include our highland cattle and sheep.
