The Elms - River Room

The Elms is conveniently in Westbrook, with easy access to Portland and the Interstate. The River Room has one queen bed, private bathroom with tub, a desk, large closet, and a view of the Presumscot. This is the most desirable room in the Elms. Historic Building, built by a renowned architect, originally served as a luxury Maine resort to entice business to the local mill. Featuring splendid carved wood features, fireplaces, spacious rooms, and a screened veranda overlooking the river.

Beach Fantasy Apartment Hotel is located in the heart of Old Orchard Beach, on the main street, walking distance to the beach, all attractions, shops, restaurants, and all entertainment areas. The Hotel offers 3 bedroom apartments with full kitchen, living room, 2 full baths, with a capacity of up to 8 people per unit. You and your kids can also enjoy many Old Orchard Beach attractions like the Beachfront Palace Playland Park, which is the only beachfront amusement parkland much more.

Stay like a local in this Queen Studio Suite. Located on the first floor, Room 7 is set up like a sun filled studio apartment featuring a well-appointed kitchen and sitting area. This charming inn built in 1799 is the perfect unique spot for your getaway with family or friends. With two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a living room to hang out in, there's plenty of space for everyone. Located on Main Street, we are just steps away from restaurants, shopping, and historic sites. We are just a short drive from the beaches and downtown Kennebunkport. Coffee is provided each morning for guests, and there is a restaurant on site.

Charming, farmhouse style, queen size room in a classic New England Inn. Built in the 1820s, the inn has historic, classic touches, and modern amenities. Enjoy breakfast, Lunch or Dinner at Lindsay's Restaurant downstairs, or grab a cocktail on the porch. Cornish is situated halfway between Portland and North Conway, and close to summer camps and lakes in the Sebago Lake region. A perfect stopover or opportunity for a longer unwind.

Historic King Room in Boutique Hotel

Located throughout the second and third floors of the hotel, our Historic King rooms feature an inviting king bed fitted with French bedsheets and Cuddledown quilts and pillows. Highlighting original, historic elements, these rooms each boast a unique floor plan and offer plenty of space for guests to stretch out after a day of exploring Portland. Bathrooms are complete with glass-enclosed standing showers and spa-like amenities.

Harbor Crest King Room (Dog Friendly)

The Harbor Crest Inn, located one half mile from our Main Inn, features luxury guest rooms that have been revitalized. This listing is for a 1st floor guestroom with wide doorways and a standard tub/shower in the bathroom. Guests of Harbor Crest can enjoy the many indoor and outdoor common areas. The 1730 Harbor Crest Inn is our only Inn that is dog friendly. Please note we do not offer elevators in any of our buildings.

Privately owned studio apartment unit with manicured grounds, picnic table and gas grills. Private parking for 1 vehicle is available for guests. There is a paid parking lot a short walk away for your visitors.

We’re a small 1950s boutique motel in a tranquil setting just 1.5 miles outside of downtown Portsmouth and Kittery Foreside. Pull up and park directly in front of your room. In need of some fresh Maine air? Just open the windows in your room, or get your fill while sitting outside on one of our private decks, by our outdoor pool (early June to mid Sept) or in our grassy common area.
