Scholes Park by the sea is a beautiful semi detached home which sleeps 5 people minutes from the North bay beach by foot and the Scarborough open air theatre. Situated in a quiet reidential area yet still close to local amenities. With off street parking for several cars. The property has open plan living in a very contemporary style, a wood burner in the lounge making this very cosy. With rear bi-fold doors bringing the outside in. Front and back gardens both sun traps.

Set in a secluded spot, this cosy hut offers peace, nature, and stunning paddock views- just a 15 min walk to Scarborough. Soak under the stars in the outdoor bath or toast marshmallows by the fire pit. Inside, there’s a comfy double bed, log burner (starter logs included), bathroom, kitchen & seating. Off-grid but with a plumbed shower! No mains electric; solar only. A cool box is provided instead of a fridge, plus fluffy dressing gowns & towels for extra comfort.

The apartment is situated on the cliff top of North Bay, with a lovely sea view. A 20 second walk brings you to the cliff top benches where you can sit and take in the stunning view of the bay and the castle. We are a 5min walk from the beach and 10min to the town centre. It’s on the ground floor of our 5 storey Victorian terrace family home. It is separate from the rest of the house so you’ll have full privacy. There’s plenty of space and the location is amazing!

One bedroom first floor flat in converted Georgian house, situated only 350 yards from the historic railway station and town centre. Appointed to a high standard with quality fixtures and fittings. Within walking distance of both north and south bays & their lovely beaches. Scarborough a tourist attractions include The Open Air theatre , The Spa, SJT, Alpamare , Peasholm Park, Cricket Ground. Tesco, Sainsburys , micro pubs and some excellent restaurants near by.

The detached annexe is at the rear of our property. It has a lounge with a king size sofa bed, a single/twin room with a kitchenette and a shower room/WC. There is space in the drive for one visitor car/storage for cycles in the garage. Unfortunately it does not have a cooker but there is a 2 ring electric portable electric hob, a microwave and a slow cooker. It will usually be possible to use the oven in the bungalow by arrangement.

Ramsdale Lodge Studio Annexe

Hi, Ramsdale Lodge Annex is a self contained spacious studio apartment attached to the main house with its own private entrance. We are conveniently situated just a 10 minute walk to the South Bay beach, and a 10 minute walk into town. We have on street parking available outside the property with parking permits provided free of charge. Just to point out there are some quite steep steps to the front of the house.

Scarborough North Bay with Stunning Sea Views

The accommodation is a top floor apartment with beautiful views over the North Bay, including the castle. Access is via lift from the gated parking area where there is an allocated space. Prospective guests with impaired mobility should be aware that the apartment is on the 5th floor, and should evacuation be necessary due to fire, the only exit route is via the stairs.
