Barrierefreie Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse

Unsere Ferienwohnung ist barrierefrei und befindet sich direkt am Landschaftspark Adlershof. Ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker sind ca. 200 m entfernt. Die Autobahn BAB ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und der Flughafen BER ist ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt. Dennoch ist die Ferienwohnung ruhig gelegen. Sie befindet sich in einer Spielstraße und eine Lademöglichkeit für Elektroautos ist direkt vor der Tür. In unserem Wohngebiet gibt es immer einen Parkplatz. Hochstuhl und Reisebett sind vorhanden.

Sunny and calm Apartment in Friedrichshain

Enjoy your stay in this sunny and calm apartment in the heart of Friedrichshain! The apartment has two rooms, a big kitchen and a small bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need, including a big table, that seats 4 people. The living room has a height-adjustable desk for all your "home" office duties. I usually live here with my dog Millie, so even if I clean it as best as possible, the apartment is not suitable for allergy sufferers. The prize already includes 7,5% of city tax per night.

Lluminós apartament al bell mig del barri de Friedrichshain, molt concorregut de restaurants, pubs i terraces. L'apartament té el terra de fusta i sostres alts que el fan acollidor i amb sensació d'amplitud. Disposa d'un llit doble de 140x190 y un sofà, convertible en un llit de 155x200, a més de disposar de bressol de viatge, trona i mini pimer, en cas de que viatgeu amb algún nadó. Hi ha llençols, tovalloles, equipament de cuina, wifi i smart TV. El City Tax del 5% està inclós en el preu.
