Zee, strand, winkelen, musea, World Forum en talloze leuke koffie- en eettentjes in de buurt. Het huisje ligt aan een afgesloten hofje waarbij de buitenruimte gedeeld wordt met de buren (maar wel met een eigen stukje terras). Parkeren en fietsen in overleg.
