The apartment is part of a residence complex of 6 apartments and is located in the settlement of Agios Nikolaos. It’s the middle right apartment. The visitors can enjoy the view from the balcony or have a barbeque in the front yard. To get to our house be ready for a mini off-road about 1km,(any car can come),between fragrant flowers, wild flowers and olive trees and sometime sheeps as well. The nearest beach can be reached by car in 5 min.The house have a really beautiful view to the sea

Elia, the private off grid island

You wake up, the sun is rising behind mount Athos. You enjoy a cup of coffee, while the dolphins jump on the horizon. You walk to the beach and the only thing you can hear is the sea. You cook outside, watching the boats passing by and the seagulls chasing the fish. Now, it's time for drawings and board games. Finally, you have a glass of wine, waiting for the moon to rise behind the hills.

Ένα υπέροχο μικρό ήσυχο πέτρινο σπίτι στην άκρη του Αγίου Νικολάου.Επικρατει ησυχία όλη την ημέρα ,είναι ιδανικό για ένα ζευγάρι με ένα έως δύο παιδιά .Υπάρχει κουζίνα και τζάκι για τον χειμώνα όπως και μια παραδοσιακή πέτρινη αυλή για γλυκά καλοκαιρινά βράδια.Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε απόσταση πέντε λεπτών από τις καλύτερες παραλίες τις περιοχής.

Nikomaria is away from mass tourism, and it is surrounded by a green garden full of trees and flowers. It is ideal for quiet and relaxing vacation in a natural environment.
