Urbaner Wohnkomfort trifft die üppige Natur des Naturparks Barnim. Beide zusammen schaffen den perfekten Rahmen für Ruhe, Entspannung und Entschleunigung. A unique, wonderful hideaway! The apartment has recently been renovated and complete interior designed by the owner who managed to match beautiful features with pragmatic living. It enjoys its own private entrance trough the garden and is situated in a prime location in Kreuzberg. In the vicinity you will find beautiful shops, supermarkets, restaurants, museums and Berlin's most popular parks. The apartment is the perfect base for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families.

Die Unterkunft liegt am wunderschönen Teupitzer See, der sich zum Baden und aller Art Wassersport eignet. Das Haus ist neu erbaut worden und verfügt über allerhand moderner Gadgets die das Wohnen äußerst komfortabel machen. Die Inneneinrichtung wurde dem Apartment am See hell und zeitgemäß angepasst. Ein Kingsize-Boxspringbett lädt ein, einen aktiven Tag in der Brandenburger Natur gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Außerdem erwarten unsere Gäste köstliche Teesorten und Nespresso Kaffee.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

1,700 sq ft - 3 bedroom in the center of Berlin

Beautiful, 160m2 (or 1700 square feet) apartment in an older building with stucco and high ceilings close to the main station in the heart of Berlin (area Berlin-Mitte). The nicely renovated kitchen/living room with a long table is perfect for friendly get-togethers. Wifi, linen, bath and hand towels, skin-friendly soap, and green gas and electricity included. There are no additional charges. We love families - children up to 12 years are free of charge.

Das Ferienappartement befindet sich in einem 2017 neu erbauten Haus mit separatem Zugang ins 1. OG. Es ist ein kontaktloser Aufenthalt mit check in über Schlüsselbox möglich. Gern begrüßen wir unsere Gäste aber selbst. Die Unterkunft ist nur für 2 Personen und für Kinder nicht geeignet. Abweichungen von der eingestellten Mindestaufenthaltsdauer können über eine Anfrage vereinbart werden. Die Unterkunft ist nicht barrierefrei.

Wir freuen uns auf Gäste in der vor kurzem renovierten Wohnung in unserem Zweifamilienhaus. Entspannt bei Kaminfeuer oder nutzt unsere Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung (Lübbenau, Spreewaldtherme Burg, Tropical Island). Unser Hof bietet eine direkte Parkmöglichkeit am Haus und Platz zum Spielen für Kinder.
