A beautiful cozy house with a Burden Lake View!

This is a cozy lake house that has a sunny warm porch with couches and tables . We have a phone charging station and games for guests to enjoy . You walk into a living room with a large TV and dining room . The kitchen is small but modern with a dishwasher , coffee pot , and dishes . There is a porch attached to the back of the kitchen overlooking the beautiful lake! Please note: There is no lake access. Full basement with washer and dryer and a sitting area with games and dart board. No pets

Barn Stay at Shadowbrook Farm

Welcome to the Shadowbrook Farm Stay. Tucked in the hills of upstate New York, this 1700's Shaker barn has been restored into a beautiful guest house. It sits upon a two hundred acre working pasture raised meat farm. This barn was used to hold, and milk cows for two hundred and fifty years. Guests will have access to portions of the farm lands which are highlighted on the maps provided in the Farm Stay manual. If you follow the farm road, you are able to meet every farm animal on the property!

The Cottage on Sylvester Street welcomes guests looking for a relaxing weekend or longer stay in a small-village setting. Located at the heart of the historic Village of Kinderhook, this stylishly renovated house is located amongst Kinderhook's collection of historic architectural gems. Within easy walking distance are eateries, wine and beer bars, The School I Jack Shainman Gallery, historic sites, the farmers' market plus farm stands, and quiet, scenic roads perfect for walking and cycling.

Welcome to the Plaza Suite, a newly renovated studio condo in an historic Center Square mansion. Enter through a grand reception hall/art gallery and climb the oak staircase to the sunny and spacious second floor apartment. There's a nice view of State Street and the Empire State Plaza. Features include: a new fully equipped kitchen, comfy lounge area, dining /work table, renovated vintage bathroom, walk-in closet and new queen bed. Feel free to enjoy a glass of wine in the art gallery.

Our Antique Bungalow

Enjoy the private and clean comfort of our freshly renovated bungalow in Albany's quaint Helderberg Neighborhood. Some of the regions most cherished restaurants on New Scotland Avenue are within a two block walk. Close accessibility to both Albany Med Hospital and Saint Peters Hospital as well as Albany Law, The Albany School of Pharmacy and Russell Sage College. This home features a newly renovated fully functioning kitchen, a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower and full size tub.

Charming home at the end of a country road on the Kinderhook Creek surrounded by fields and woods with hiking/biking trails and a very private swimming hole! HVAC and a cozy fireplace make this a comfortable year-round getaway and a wonderful place to enjoy the fall colors! Within easy drive of endless things to do and places to explore such as the quaint town of Chatham (5 min), Tanglewood (35 min), antiquing in Hudson (20 min) and good skiing too (Catamount 30 min, Butternut 45 min)!

This beautiful, historic Victorian building is on a short walking distance from Franklin Plaza, one of Troy's most popular wedding and events venues. We have security cameras in the first , second floor hallway, outside the front door and back door.There is no cameras inside of the listed units.
