Die „gute Stube“ in diesem Haus gehörte in früheren Jahren den Großeltern, die den Bauernhof hier bewohnt und bewirtschaftet haben. Hier wurde im EG mit viel Aufwand saniert und umgebaut. Der Terracottaboden verleiht der Wohnung eine warme und südländische Atmosphäre. Im Flur wurden die historischen Fliesen und die Eingangstür von 1876 erhalten. Die Wohnküche ist ein gemütlicher Treffpunkt geworden.
