Welcome one and all to a wonderfully decorated cottage/home on a 100' waterfront. The room wall colors are soft pastels with a lot of artwork. An open concept, living, dining and kitchen area makes for a very communal, homey atmosphere. We have a nice 32’ dock, a patio area with new pavers with barbecue grill (propane). A separate deck and sunsets. The lake house is a good year around vacation location...... springs and falls are awesome. Winters are like a seen from the movie....”The Shining”

This cottage built in 1902 takes you back in time. The Rocks, set in the woods and overlooking the lake, provides a peaceful setting for one to appreciate nature. Sit on the front porch and listen to the birds or watch a magnificent sunset. Because this is an older cottage, you must bring your own drinking water. If you are looking for an upscale, modern place, then you may want to stay elsewhere. BUT if you want to relax and capture a bygone era, you will love The Rocks.

Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

If you prefer, there is antiquing, world-class wineries, restaurants, galleries, breweries and more!

FLX Cabin Cottage

Nestled on the East side of Seneca Lake is a AUTHENTIC cozy cabin style cottage with a private shale beach five miles from Watkins Glen. There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property. Renters also have access to three kayaks, 18 foot canoe ,boat lift, fire pit, outdoor grill and a perfect view of the evening sunsets. I air conditioners installed July 2024
