Located less than 5 minutes from Seneca Lake, Hector & Watkins Glen. Our Cabin has a tranquil location surrounded by hills and farmland in the FLX. Unique & cozy cabin features 14’ tall beam ceilings, queen size bed, fully stocked kitchen, and a beautiful hand tiled shower. Smart TV. Keyless entry. Fire Pit. Dog friendly. The 336 Sq Ft tiny cabin has an all wooden interior, WIFI, bedroom with NEW KING BED and pullout couch with queen sized mattress in the living room. Outdoor fire pit . No smoking or Hookah allowed. Sleep to the sound of your private waterfall in this cabin made for two. 12 miles from Ithaca and central to all that the Fingerlakes has to offer, less than one mile from the only National Forest in New York State, a 15 minute drive to either Seneca or Cayuga lakes, Waterfalls and of course the renowned wine trails. New construction In the heart of the finger lakes. 1 mile from the Seneca lake wine/beer trail 7breweries and 17 wineries within 5 miles. 1 mile from the Finger Lakes National Forest, 15 minutes from Watkins glen. Lake view surrounding vineyards. Keep an eye on the sky while sitting on the porch and you may see a bald eagle. Don’t be surprised if a deer turkey. Fox etc wander through. No worries if there’s a power outage as all cabins have a backup generator that will turn on automatically.

Catharine Cottages (#1 Seneca)

Find luxury inside and nature outside. Cottage 1 has a double bed in one corner, a trundle bed in the opposite corner and a private bath. Additionally find a mini fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker with coffee/tea supplied. We offer a welcome basket with oatmeal, muffins, popcorn, nuts, local cheese & jam, and fruit. Outside there is a covered porch with rockers and a picnic table with a private fire pit and charcoal grill. We supply firewood ($4 a bucket) and charcoal (free).

FLX Cabin Cottage

Nestled on the East side of Seneca Lake is a AUTHENTIC cozy cabin style cottage with a private shale beach five miles from Watkins Glen. There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property. Renters also have access to two kayaks and a paddle board., fire pit, ( you supply your own firewood),outdoor grill and a perfect view of the evening sunsets. I air conditioners installed July 2024
