Sie ist hell , warm, french Windows lassen die Wohnung wunderschön hell erscheinen, sie kann durch Aussenjalousien leicht abgedunkelt werden ebenso wie durch die Fensterjalousien. Eingang rechts ist das Bad, folgend vom Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch oder Arbeitsplatte, Küche getrennt durch Schiebetür, Schlafzimmer grosszügig.

Gemütliches Maisonette Wohnung mit Allem was man braucht und einer tollen Aussicht. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Rückgebäude und ist angenehm ruhig. An der Grenze zwischen Maxvorstadt und Schwabing gelegen gibts es viele gute Restaurants, schöne Cafés, tolle Eisdielen, angesagte Bars und interessante Museen. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Vom Münchner Hauptbahnhof sind es mit der U-Bahn U2 nur 3 Minuten bis zum Josephsplatz.

This lovely, quiet, bright and super-central apartment is suitable for up to 4 guests. It is fully equipped and even has a small garden.
