The apartment Rose is located in a traffic calmed area in the center of Oberammergau between City hall and the Museum. Many shops including grocery stores, tourism information, train station and the Passionplay theatre can be reached comfortably by foot. The apartment is about 650 sqft in size with a living room with kitchen, 1 bed room, bathroom with shower, private outside sitting area, 1 parking space. The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

Gemütl. Unterkunft im Blauen Land am Murnauer Moos

Unsere kleine im Haus integrierte FeWo mit 60qm liegt zwischen Murnau und Oberammergau am Murnauer Moos. Die Gegend lädt zu Berg- und Radtouren, Wanderungen und Badeausflügen an den uml. Seen wie z.B. Staffel-, Kochel- und Walchensee ein. Auch Tagesausflüge nach Österreich, z.B. Lechtal, steht nichts im Wege, da in ca. 1 Std erreichbar. Die FeWo befindet sich im 1. Stock mit Balkon und Ausblick auf's Estergebirge. Für's Kulinarische sorgt unser Dorfladen und ist in 1Min ab 06:30 zu erreichen.

The cozy and sustainable wooden holiday home "Bergufer" is located at the bottom of the Kofel mountain and on the banks of the Ammer river. Architects and local craftsmen planned and built it between July 2023 and October 2024. The heat comes from the ground and the electricity from the roof. You can see the mountains from the garden or the balconies, and in winter the cross-country ski trail runs right outside the door along the river.
