Elga’s Acres - entire apartment. Sleeps 4

The cabins were moved here in the 1960s from the Farragut Naval Base, where they were company housing. Clean, lived in and comfortable. We are walking distance of a theatre, mall, grocery store and a short walk to the lake path that leads to town. 3 miles to the base of Schweitzer. There is a large un-fenced back yard. Our units are not suitable for children. There is a busy cafe, highway and railroad tracks. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing oasis, this is probably not a good fits

Dog-friendly (no cats), smoke-free studio cottage + loft located 1 mile from downtown. Perfect for budget-conscious guests who are cozy in a smaller space. Kitchenette has an induction hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, mini-fridge, & coffee maker. Enjoy local coffee beans on us. Outdoor BBQ, private yard + deck. Come relax in a peaceful, beautiful setting. **Loft access via older-style attic ladder, not stairs. Please be cautious. This is a clean, lovely cabin but she is not fancy.

Chalet at Base of Schweitzer, Pets OK

Cozy and clean, remodeled with rustic wood themed spacious chalet at the base of Schweitzer Mountain. 1/2 mile to parking lot where bus picks up. Close to town, skiing and shopping, easy driveway access from paved main roads. Main area has wood floor, (bedrooms carpeted), laundry, kitchenette, refrigerator, stove and gas heat. Coffee and tea provided. Come enjoy Sandpoint and Schweitzer mountain, skiing in the winter, huckleberry picking and lake Pend Oreille in the summer!

Clean, cute home blocks to downtown and dining

This clean, cozy home sits on a tree lined street in a beautiful neighborhood. It’s blocks to dining, grocery & downtown Sandpoint. 3.4 mi. to the Schweitzer shuttle (base of Schweitzer), 1/2 mi. to City Beach. We provide 5 bikes June-September. The kitchen has quality cookware and a gas stove for dining in. There is a Smart TV, games and a partially fenced back yard. We always use 100% cotton linens. In addition to standard cleaning, the home is aired out between each guest.

The Colburn Schoolhouse - Blueberry Suite

detached dwelling with privacy and right off the main highway between Bonners Ferry and Sandpoint (7 minutes to Sandpoint and the lake). Also, 21 minutes from Schweitzer ski resort. Enjoy the Pacific Northwest gorgeous mountain views, train lines, Lots of water, old mountain towns, and much more. The property around the unit is tidy and has room for your kids to enjoy getting outside as well as room for barbecues and leisure time. Dogs are acceptable with additional fees.

Sunlight streams through many windows in this clean, comfortable, 4/5 bedroom plus private loft 3 bath home that is perfect for family vacations. The main house has 3 bedrooms with a 4th "bedroom" (loft space separated by a privacy curtain.) A 5th Bedroom and full bathroom above the detached garage that is available for an additional cost of $125.00 per night. Quality linens, dishes, furnishings and supplies abound, there are no hand me downs in this well stocked cottage!
