Situata sulle dune di sabbia dorata con vista mare, è il luogo ideale per chi desidera trascorrere una rilassante vacanza fuori dallo stress quotidiano. Da qui si possono ammirare splendide albe e magnifici tramonti. La struttura, completamente ristrutturata e arredata con cura, è composta da due camere da letto, un bagno, un soggiorno-cucina con divano letto e una veranda vista mare. È dotata di parcheggio privato. Sky and Sand Apartment is an ideal home for those who love sea and nature. Situated among the golden sand dunes with a sea view, it is the ideal place to spend a nice holiday in total relax and peace. From here you can admire stunning sunrises and amazing sunsets. The apartment is completely refurbished and furnished with care. It is consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed, a terrace with sea view and a private car park.

A place to stay for days, to think, relax, cook and eat, catch the sun, write and eventually work with a very fast wifi reaching the garden as well. The house is build from an ancient cave, behind Santa Maria La Nova main church. The big garden is the natural extension of the house.. hammock, fireplace, tables and spaces among olive and lemon trees, hidden from tourists routes, perfectly inside the village.

Siamo in pieno centro storico. Casa indipendente, con spettacolare vista panoramica(circa 90 gradini per arrivare, tipici a Modica), luminosa e arredata con cura. Terrazzino, living con divano, cucina a vista e tavolo da pranzo. Due camere da letto, una con un grande letto(tatami con futon) e vista stupenda, l'altra più piccola (tatami con futon)e una finestra alta. Due bagni con spaziose docce. WIFI free, aria condizionata, lavanderia. Vicina a caffè, ristoranti, mercato, negozi di alimentari.

The house is in San Guglielmo behind Santa Maria la Nova Church, is the old part of town. Is a beautiful and quiet location. The house is made in a traditional way with wood and stone floor and thick walls, there is also a terrace in one side where is possible to have dinner or drinks looking at the Padre Pio square and enjoy the night breeze. Is possible to reach Scicli with a bus from Catania airport or Comiso, although having your own car to visit the neighboring area is recome
