Our quaint sea-side cottage is located on Pennington’s favoured beachside Cherry Lane. Halter Cottage is positioned in a stunning expansive, mainly indigenous garden. The beach is accessed directly from the top of the garden. It is from the top of the dune that you can enjoy the sunrise, sundowners or whale watching in season Pennington is 80 kms from Durban & 600kms from Johannesburg. The house offers two separate units. Unit 1 offers a bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen, and lounge. Unit 2 has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a kitchenette, and TV room. Easy access to main house with steps leading down from parking area. The owners reside discreetly in garden cottage behind property, ensuring assistance while respecting your privacy.

All rooms have ensuite bathrooms, are luxurious and open onto private decks with seaviews. It is a 15 min walk to the beach. Free/fast unlimited wifi, Nespresso coffee machine, safe parking, double garage. Established garden with large decks. Inverter so no need to suffer with load shedding. There is also a beach right in front, perfect for some fishing or even just relaxing under your umbrella away from the hustle and bustle of the main beach. It’s an ideal holiday home for families.
