Welcome to the Tiny Mansion in Ormewood Park!

We are nestled in one of Atlanta's best intown neighborhoods. Our space is designed with luxury hospitality in mind: great Wifi, a full kitchen stocked with local coffee from Portrait, a Saatva king bed with high quality linens, and a pool. At the end of our quiet street is the Beltline, an 8 mile walking and biking trail connecting a number of ATL hot spots. Less than 15 minutes gets you to downtown attractions and the airport is just 15-20 minutes south of us. You're never far from fun here!

NO CLEANING FEE - Although we don't charge a cleaning fee, our cleaners work very hard to provide a clean place for our guests. THIS IS NOT AN ENTIRE HOUSE. This is a terrace-level guest SUITE in a home in a nice neighborhood with many high end homes. Very safe and quiet location with no thru traffic. The guest suite is private to you with your own private entrance. Access does not include the rest of the house. FREE PARKING on your own reserved spot! NO PARTY policy enforced! (read below)

Nestled into the heart of Decatur, a quiet neighborhood accessible to downtown Atlanta, The Sunny Suite is a short walk to amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and retail stores. The apartment sits above our primary residence but has private parking and a quiet, private entrance. Guests describe our Beautyrest King Size Bed with Frette Linens as super comfortable. The coffee is made by an automatic Swiss Jura machine. Everything is set up for your enjoyment. We look forward to hosting you!

With easy access to Atlanta, Emory University, Agnes Scott College, and under a 5 minute drive to downtown Decatur, our home is the perfect jumping off point for your adventures in Atlanta! Located on the Freedom Park Trail and across the street from the 77 acre Legacy Park, there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the outdoors or walk the pups.

Light filled bathroom has a large shower. The sitting room has a fold out sofa best suited for 1 adult or 2 children.

Beautiful 1930's southern home in great Atlanta location (Edgewood neighborhood) offers a charming, rocking chair front porch and, at the back of this one-bedroom unit, a large back porch is also covered. Parking is off-street at the back of the house, although extra free parking is available on the street. Pets are welcome- just tell us they're coming! Check-in is easy and this unit is personally managed by owner, Mary Beth, who is nearby to make sure your stay is absolutely perfect.
