This is a beautiful apartment that is 2400 square feet. It is above a tax business but has a separate entrance with a 2 car unattached garage that has one side that is available. This building is over 100 years old and still have the original charm of the century with the necessary updates for conmfort. We are excited to share this beauty with guests! Gowrie is a charming small town with a grocery store, several cute shops, roller skating rink and a pool in the summer. We hope you will enjoy it!

Our 1948 vacation home is on 4 acres & boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 half baths, Bridal Suite (4th bedroom), 70s TV/Game Room, Tiki Bar, & Children's Playroom. Outside we have a pool (guaranteed to be open 5/26 - 9/5) & hot tub (year round). Located 15min away from Downtown DSM & a mile away from a grocery store/restaurants. Cute and quiet neighborhood located in the historic town of Jefferson, Iowa famous for its Bell Tower Festival and often a host town for Rag Brai! This 3 bed room home has the original hardwood floors. The decor is farmhouse and English Cottage Style. Relax as a couple or with the whole family at this peaceful abode located only 2 blocks from the east edge of town and also the River Raccon Trail, which bikers and walkers often enjoy! And oh, by the way, it leads all the way to Des Moines!

Sunset View Ranch 5-Bedroom House

If you need a quiet and relaxing retreat, Sunset View Ranch is just the place. This 3-acre ranch is just what you need to get away from the struggles of life. Landscaping is pristine with plenty of room to roam, sightsee, and view. Snowmobiles are also welcome in the winter months. Plus, there's a small basketball court and fire pit. Sleeps 10 comfortably in 5 bedrooms and has 3 living rooms with fluffy couches. We also have a fully equipped kitchen, a fire place, and 2 full bathrooms.

Seely Creek Cabin is a romantic getaway, a fabulous hunting destination, and a relaxing weekend spot! The cabin is nestled on 40 acres - 20 being wooded and another 20 open including a fully stocked pond and a walking trail! This beautifully unique property comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen including all cooking necessities (except for food), a smart tv, wifi, games and cards in the entertainment center, as well as 3 comfy queen sized beds with all linens you would need!

Create memories at this unique family-friendly Barndo. Overlooking the pond is a huge deck with a gas grill and gas fire pit. Below the deck is a covered hot tub. There is easy access to the beach, where you can enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, or simply enjoying the beach of this tranquil pond.

Situated on a private acreage within Whiterock Conservancy, guests can easily access 40mi+ of scenic hiking and mountain biking trails, float the nearby river, or enjoy dark sky viewing. A "rookery" is a nesting site for herons, a bird that prefers quiet, undisturbed habitat near water. And so the Rookery Cottage seeks to provide a natural escape from the daily grind.

Pets are not allowed on property.
