This apartment is in the heart of Sea Point, about 100 meters from the ocean with a beautiful sea view. It’s conveniently located and is surrounded by various trendy restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, hotels and shops. Everything is within walking distance. There is also an allocated parking bay available behind security gates. This sea-facing, top floor studio apartment, with secure parking, is in the heart of Sea Point and only 100m from the beachfront promenade and surrounded by large, old trees. It’s near well known international hotels and offers a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine and a full size integrated fridge. The floor to ceiling clothing cupboards have an extra compartment on the top for luggage storage. Guests will have access to the entire apartment. There is secure parking on the premises.
