The property is part of The Sea Ranch Association, which includes three recreation centers with pools, tennis courts, volleyball courts, pickleball courts, saunas and numerous biking and walking trails along pristine coastline and beaches. The house is very close to the Mendocino county line and the town of Gualala with great restaurants.

Limited to 4 guests, no pets will be considered. An adult over 21 must be present at all times. Not recommended for small children.

Designed in 1967 by Joseph Esherick and George Homsey, the small modernist retreat is one of the defining homes from Sea Ranch’s formative years, pairing Northern California modernism with understated contemporary comforts.
