Two block walk to ocean along tree-lined path in a quiet neighborhood on the west side. Serene and tranquil, lovely outdoor deck and garden. Half mile from selection of boutique wine tasting, breweries, and coffee roasters. We apologize for not being able to host children under 5 for safety reasons. 2 night minimum

Beautiful, sunny, high ceiling studio with sleeping loft located in downtown Santa Cruz. This is a great home base for day trips to the beach, exploring the arts scene downtown, or enjoying some of the wonderful restaurants and farmers' markets. There are no cooking facilities. There’s no mini fridge or microwave. This listing is best suited for one guest or a couple. If your group is more than two, contact host to make special arrangements. There are additional fees for more than two guests.

Lots of outdoor activities in the area! Unfortunately the house is not suitable for children under 10.
