Just roll out of bed and walk through the tree lined tunnel straight to the boardwalk of your own fairly private beach! Bring your dogs and let them roam the huge fenced in backyard lined with live oaks and a fire pit for the family to unite. A quieter part of Folly where the surfers like to shred but still only a short while to the bars of Folly and just 15 minutes from downtown. You will love this place!!

One of Edisto's Best! Sea Suite is a lowcountry classic. Lots of outdoor seating and a quick walk to the beach to fully enjoy a sunny day. This two story 5BR/4BA home sleeps 12 comfortably. The first floor has an open living room, kitchen, and dining. There is additional seating on the upstairs landing. Amenities include multiple TVs, WIFI, outdoor shower, and washer/dryer. Dine alfresco while watching golfers from the back porch. It's not pet-friendly. There is no elevator. Parking for 5 cars.

The back deck provides 180 degree views of the ocean. The master bedroom has direct access to the back patio, with ocean views from the bedroom. Each guest bedroom has their own private access to a balcony. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds. The master has a private bath with a walk in shower, the guest bedrooms have a shared bath. There’s also an additional queen size pull out sofa in the living room. All TV's are equipped with Roku.
