Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

Beach House

Our comfortable accessory apartment is a short 5 minute walk to the beach or to the center of the Salisbury Beach business district where guests can enjoy a stroll on the newly refurbished boardwalk or visit the shops, arcades or view fireworks every Saturday night in the summer. Guests may walk to the Blue Ocean Music Hall or take a quick 2 mile drive or bike ride into the State Reservation, to our favorite place to spot seals at low tide. There are also facilities, beach and a playground.

Inviting Ocean Front Condo

Newly renovated top floor corner unit steps from Hampton Beach and a short 10 minute walk to restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Enjoy the great view of Hampton Beach through the sliding glass door in the front living room or the large deck just outside. Bedroom with a king size bed sleeps 2. Traveling with kids? Sofa in the front room folds out into a full-size bed, and an pull out sleeper chair in the bedroom expands to a single bed. 4th floor. No elevator. Non-smoking unit, no pets.

Surf Studio

The surf studio is the perfect location to enjoy a cozy beach vacation. Located two short blocks from the North Beach -the prime surfing , paddleboarding and swimming area for ocean enthusiasts! The surf shop and cafés are a 5 minute walk and the studio cottage has built in storage racks for your boards. Relax on your private deck and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets! The studio is equipped with a microwave/refrigerator, bar-sink and counter for prepping and enjoying lite meals.

Pretty Cottage on Plum Island, Newbury MA

It's steps to the beach and the reservation. It's private, cozy and clean a great little apartment for relaxing by the sea or touring the area. It's also a quick trip to Maine, New Hampshire and Boston. Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves and wake up to chirping birds. Located next to the Blue Inn. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and pet friendly (upon approval). Holiday rates are extra please inquire. There is a pet fee.
