As noted in some reviews, the parking lot can be a little tight, and can occasionally be full (there are ten spaces for the ten units, but parking is not assigned). There is street parking immediately in front of the building, and plentiful parking about a block to the North across from the Blue Agate Cafe.

Pet are welcomed: 2 Pets maximum. $50 per trip This charming upstairs studio offers a comfortable queen size bed, kitchenette, cable HDTV with On Demand and BlueRay player, DVDs and an e-fireplace, too!
