A short walk takes you to coffee shops and vibrant Columbia City is just 1.4 miles away with a convenient light rail station in the center of town.

Originally built in 1956 and fully remodeled in 2015, our studio delivers "retreat vibes". The entire east wall is floor-to-ceiling windows with views that peek through trees and show glimpses of Lake Washington. Sunrises can be enjoyed from bed, or experience total blackout with floor to ceiling vertical blinds. Cozy queen bed featuring an organic mattress with an Avocado topper and linens. Full kitchen with brand new appliances, big walk-in shower with a luxurious steamer. W/D included.

Experience Seattle oasis living in our in-city, Wallingford neighborhood, beautifully renovated (completed in May 2018), Mid-century modern, 1300 SF, completely private, top floor unit of our duplex. The Penthouse Suite is just 3.5 miles from Amazon & Downtown & 1.2 miles from the University of Washington (main campus). We have specifically designed this entire top floor penthouse suite with Airbnb guests in mind with Air Conditioning, keypad suite access, double pane windows and parking.
