Leeton-on-Sea (Studio 3)

Leeton-on-Sea's Studio 3 is a ground-floor, garden view apartment. The property itself is beachfront, with direct access to the beach through a gate. We are located on Barbados' South Coast. Next to Studio 3 is Studio 2, which is bookable through Airbnb. The rooms have connecting doors which can be opened if rented at the same time. Otherwise, they are securely locked. Studio 4 is on the 1st floor. The property is 15 minutes drive from the airport. People from all backgrounds are most welcome.

A cozy self-contained one-bedroom cottage in a private garden setting situated behind the main house on the grounds of our home - across the road from the beautiful Little Welches Beach on the South Coast, just west of Oistins. This cute holiday home is spacious, functional, tastefully furnished in a tropical/coastal island style and is well-maintained. Conveniently located within walking distance of the essential amenities, with onsite parking and easy access to public transport and highways.

Finished with luxury fittings. Ceiling fans & air conditioners in each bedroom. Kitchen with a gas stove, fridge and microwave. Lovely pool with great privacy. (Shared with 1 bed apt and us). There are 2 small dogs here and they will play with you at any chance. 10 mins drive from airport, 5-10 mins drive to bustling South Coast shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches. 20 minute drive to the West Coast for different beaches and 20 minute drive to the East coast for another experience.
