Enjoy a peaceful stay at the private, clean, and beautiful rooftop patio abode with stunning mountain views in my tranquil home. The suite (660 sq ft) comprises 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a daylight bathroom, a dry kitchenette, and 1 parking spot on the driveway. The private entrance is accessible by the outside staircase next to the driveway. The home is located in a friendly, and safe neighborhood in Fountain, CO. Grocery store is 1 mile away, and most attractions are within 30 min/car.

Beautiful suite with private entrance n own private yard (pets). Flexibility on late night with your own front door/keyed. Fast Wi-Fi, quiet area/cul de sac, very well lit, private parking. Off the Powers Corridor (Barnes/Tutt). Kitchen, full size fridge, huge new walk in shower, king size bed, large tv. Fort Carson is nearby!! Cute, remodeled, 1 bedroom guesthouse is conveniently located near Ft Carson, and just minutes to downtown Colorado Springs. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby and just 3 minutes from I-25, the gateway to the Rockies. Hike Cheyenne Canyon, Helen Hunt Falls, or Garden of the Gods. Visit the 5 Star Broadmoor Resort, or gamble in Cripple Creek (1 hr). So much to see and do! Our guest guide found inside the guesthouse will give you more ideas of things to do!
