If you are looking for a quiet peaceful place to stay in Wichita is it. The apartment is a duplex with our home on the other side. There is a pass thru door between the units with locks on both sides. You get 2 bedrooms, kitchenette/living area, private bath all for the price of hotel room. Off street parking in gravel driveway on right of the home. Easy access to major highways. Pets may be accepted on case by case basis. Property located on gravel street a couple of blocks off blacktop.

A private hidden retreat within a century old home in the historic Delano District! Established in 1920, this seasoned Victorian Style home just 7 minutes away from Wichita Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport. Located nearly in the middle of the city, right by US-54 Highway, providing quick and easy access for guests to enjoy Wichita’s museums, shopping centers, restaurants, local bars & clubs in the heart of Old Town Square, avenues and venues like Intrust Bank Arena and Century II.

The Cobblers Corner

Located in Historic Delano District our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home away from home has been home to many Wichita Local Shoe Repair Shops for the past 75 plus years. The last time this building homed a Shoe Repair Store was just a year and a half ago and owned and operated by my husband Keith. When he chose to run only one store, this building sat empty for a year. Once I realized this awesome building & location would be a perfect home away for travelers we began designing.

This home feels totally new, with a modern flare. If you want to pamper yourself in a cozy and romantic atmosphere, come stay. The sofa is comfortable enough to curl up on and take a nap, it's soft and plush. The chair in the living room is a recliner, where you can lay back and watch TV , be careful you might go to sleep there too. Watch TV in bed on the 50" big screen. Enjoy the feel of a vacation whether you're here for work or play.

Welcome to the Delano area of downtown Wichita, KS, affectionately referred to as the ICT by locals. A gorgeous stylish loft that was completeld in 2024. Two bedrooms with two full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen with all appliances. Full sized washer and dryer...all supplies provided. Parking is on Martinson doorside or in the off street lot. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. OR GATHERINGS.
