Karibu Résidence is located in residential area 5 min walk to azaiba beach. The villa is located near Al Mouj golf and marina where you can book water sport and boat trip . As I am an Omani and leaving next to guesthouse I sometimes invite my guest to experience the Omani hospitality. All the rooms have private bathroom . Netalah Villa

As we are a family addicted to traveling and we are always travelling as a big group and we have booked a lot of properties through airbnb, the idea of this villa came from the "Love of travelling" where we can put a print of Oman and adding to it the benefit of living in a luxury place which we miss it when we travel as a big family. In each corner of this villa you will find behind it a story to tell about it and we called the Villa "Nizwa Villa" which is a famous historical city in Oman.

Duplex 2 Bedroom apartment The views over the Marina to the sea are truly beautiful turn the other way and you look out over the Golf Course. & the Mountains The terrace is huge over 100 m2 with Gazebo, Shower and WC, Kitchenette, Bamboo bar, Dining table and B-B-Q. Nomad Tours Oman also have 2 boats in Sifah a 12m fast speed boat we use for sea tours and the 14m Bayliner is a beautiful yacht to sleep on board she has 3 Cabins. The Apartment does not have Internet

Sweet home Private Villa 4 Bed Room

The accommodation is located in a very quiet area where you will be able to rest. There are nice places for hiking nearby, and if you want to go to the beach, it's only 10 minutes by car. Oman is incredible in terms of its landscapes, and from my location you can avoid the daily traffic jams and save time and nerves!! If you have rented a vehicle, you can park it in the yard which is covered with security cameras! Watch the video about my home in the link below!

My flat is new, is located in proximity of attractions and the airport. Close to a green park for kids and families. 2 Supermarkets, laundry, barber shop, traditional Arabic restaurant are few meters away only. restaurants providing variety of food are available. furnished, comfortable. I am staying around for any further help
