Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

Svaki apartman je moderno uređen i ima veliku terasu i pogled na more.Imamo i veliki parking u ograđenom dvorištu. Prostrani grijani bazen od 50 m2 je na raspolaganu našim gostima. Barbara i Zoran su vlasnici i rado ćemo vam dati dodatne info da bi vas godišnji bio što ugodniji.Aerodrom Split je 15 km,a aerodrom Zadar 120 km udaljen od Ville. Split je 30 km,a Trogir 5 km od Ville.

Villa Casa Plaza is the perfect house for 2 or 3 families or a large group who wish to share a holiday together and yet also enjoy privacy. The house is comprised of 3 apartments on various levels and boasts a large summer kitchen and dining area where the guest can enjoy al fresco cooking and dining. On a lower terrace, set amongst the trees is another dining terrace where there is also a BBQ. And for great times the guest can enjoy the jacuzzi too!
