In the heart of Paris's 13th district, we are your host in his town house on Paris's left Bank.The Paris Bed & Breakfast is a place of warm and welcoming hospitality which is opened all year round.We welcome you into our luminous, warm and friendly home, a place both charming and discrete, in a quiet residential area.The room "Rive Gauche" at the first floor is 13 square meters.The room may be suitable for 2 persons if your suitcases are not too bulky .Baudelaire will help you get to sleep.

The Painter's House - BED & BREAKFAST

All the second floor is for the gests (55m²) : you can live in a place almost independant ... including 1 room with one double bed (or 2 individual beds) and private bathroom, and 1 artist studio transormed into livingroom with one bed for another guest (+ 50€).The bathroom is shared. Breakfast is served downstairs, in the morning at the requested time and is included in the price of the room. The hosts Erik and Dominique live on the second floor. There is also cas that live with them

Bienvenue dans notre duplex sous les toits, climatisé, avec une vue imprenable sur Notre Dame et la Seine ! Il faut monter 3 étages à pied mais le balcon sur lequel vous prendrez votre petit déjeuner en admirant la cathédrale sera votre récompense ! Entièrement équipé et meublé d'antiquités, notre appartement logera 4 invités avec un lit queen size et un canapé convertible très comfortable. Nous sommes très disponibles pour faire que votre séjour reste inoubliable !

Magnifique vue Tour Eiffel studio & balcon privés

L'appartement est divisé en 2 hébergements fermant chacun avec sa clé L'entrée de l'appartement est commune aux 2 hébergements. L'hébergement des voyageurs avec vue sur la Tour Eiffel n'est pas partagé, c'est comme un studio avec balcon. Il y a un espace chambre avec un lit Queen size, 1 armoire-penderie, lampadaires, cuisine équipée et petit espace douche. Le WC est en face la chambre. Au balcon : 1 table et 2 chaises, un espace est réservé au jardinage.

Agréable chambre à Gournay

Maman vivant avec mes 2 enfants et un petit chien très gentil, je loue une chambre de 9 m2. La chambre est composée d’un lit convertible de 1 à 2 personnes, d’un bureau et d’une étagère. Vous aurez accès à la salle d’eau, à la cuisine, au séjour et au jardin. Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. Le thé et le café sont à disposition. Ma maison se situe dans une résidence clôturée , à 5 minutes à pied de l’arrêt de bus en centre-ville.

Grande chambre très calme avec accès au jardin

Grande chambre très calme d'environ 20 m2 donnant sur le jardin dans une maison de ville. Un grand bureau est à votre disposition pour travailler. La salle de bain est commune. La cuisine est accessible pour faire rechauffer un plat au micro onde ou déposer des aliments dans le frigo. Tous les commerces sont à proximité. Aux portes de Paris, on peut y accéder en métro ou en bus. 2 chats très sociables habitent cette maison également.

Each room can accommodate 2 people, with the possibility to add 1 bed for one more person (+ 30 €).
