Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Chalet Schlern, new appartment with garden.

Our new apartment in the Chalet Schlern is located in Siusi , below Alpe di Siusi and has incredible view to the Dolomites. It is located in Siusi with a spectacular view of the mountain scenery of the Dolomites. The apartment, completed in 2021, is located at the foot of mount Sciliar, close to the “Alpe di Siusi cable car". The cable car to the Alpe di Siusi can be reached on foot in just 5 minutes (600 m), the centre of Siusi allo Sciliar is about 10 to 15 minutes walking distance (1 km).

Wir befinden uns in einem Paradies im Naturpark Schlern /Rosengarten, nahe Seiseralm/ Groednertal (Ski / Langlaufen) und nur 10 Gehmin. vom idyllischem Badesee . Ausgangspunkt fuer unvergessliche Wanderungen, MTB, Heubaeder, Tennis... Wohnen mitten im Grün , Neue Küche, Bad, 2 Zimmer und die einzigartige tiroler Bauernstube vom 17Jh. Geschäfte, Apotheke und Restaurants erreichbar, 15 Gehm. Gute Busverbindungen von Bozen und Zugverbindungen. Flughafen in Bozen (17 km) Abholdienst privat.

Florentines liebevoll renovierte Wohnung (80 qm) mit 3 Schlafzimmern (2 Doppelbetten, 1 Stockbett) 1 Bad, Wohnzimmer, Küche oberhalb von Seis. Genießen Sie die wundervolle Aussicht auf den Santner, Schlern und das Dorf Seis am Schlern! Auf der großzügigen Terrasse können Sie Sonne tanken, Essen und entspannt den Tag ausklingen lassen. Die Wohnung ist am Waldrand gelegen und perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die Bushaltestelle zur Seiser Alm Bahn.

Die Messnerhaus SUITE ist der Rückzugsort im Dorfzentrum von Seis. Mittendrin im Geschehen und doch ganz privat. Nur wenige Minuten von der Seiser Alm, der größten Hochalm Europas entfernt, liegt das Refugium, im Zentrum von Seis (Kastelruth). In wunderschöner Umgebung, ist die Suite perfekt als Basis für Ihre Entdeckungsreise und Ihren Wohlfühlaufenthalt geeignet. Hier wohnt es sich ganz unabhängig aber mit allem Komfort. Stilvolle, großzügige Suite im neu gebauten Messnerhaus.

Apartment Nucis

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.
