Welcome to Guches Ranch! Nestled on a picturesque ranch established in 1964 by the Guches family, a vast expanse of lush farmland. Our Airbnb listing is the ultimate retreat for those seeking solace and serenity away from the hustle & bustle of city life. We are located centrally to local popular Vineyards in the serene Applegate Valley, just 12 miles outside the historic Jacksonville Oregon. Our brand new modern-style single cottage is a stand alone unit & is a private cozy, yet spacious haven.

Cliffside Yurt by the River

If you're looking for a unique way to experience nature that still offers the comforts of home, come see what Yurt Life is all about! Tucked away in a manzanita grove and perched on a cliff with the river below, the space offers privacy, views, and close access to the river. This little yurt packs a big punch: kitchenette, comfy lounge chairs, queen bed, table, wifi and ceiling fan. And rather than being a dreaded experience, the attached bathroom with epic views is one of the best features!

Bohemian Forest Getaway at Watersong Woods

Immerse yourself in nature as you enjoy a magical forest getaway nestled in the beautiful Cascade mountains! This is a perfect stop off of I-5 during a road trip, or to enjoy a peaceful woodland getaway. Accommodations include a private bedroom, bathroom, and deck with a separate entrance from the main house, overlooking our creek. Our property has multiple sets of steps, and uneven, rocky terrain, so the property is not suitable for individuals with any mobility issues or young children.

Tranquil Studio Near Scenic Redwood Highway

The studio offers a perfect balance of proximity to town and the tranquility of nature just 8 miles west of downtown Grants Pass. Enter the unit through a flourishing garden and enjoy a cozy, clean oasis. This is a great stopover for road trippers and a convenient home base for exploring the Redwoods and Rogue River. The unit features a spacious deck overlooking a seasonal pond (dry in summer). If you're seeking peace, quiet, and a restful night's sleep, this is the place for you!

Cozy Jacksonville Cottage

This cozy, rustic one bedroom cottage (325 sq. ft.) is just a 15 min. walk from downtown Jacksonville (3/4 mile) and 30 min. from Ashland. It has private parking, on the property. The owner is happy w/ pets in the cottage, but needs to know in advance that a pet is coming (maximum 35lbs) too. There isn't a full kitchen but it has a kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, hot plate and coffee maker, so cooking basics won't be a problem. Relax in the outside patio in the summer.

Yurt on the Applegate

hot tub currently out of order as of Christmas eve. Relax along the banks of the Applegate River. Enjoy a soak in the outdoor wooden hot tub or a swim in the river. Fall asleep in the comfy queen bed and enjoy the quiet of the country. We are about 15 minutes from downtown Grant's Pass and close to the Applegate vineyards. The cabin is very eco friendly, with an incineration toilet, on demand hot water, tucked into the woods. pets are welcome but please don't sneak them in.

The Cozy Cabin (with own private hot tub!)

Come relax and unwind in our cozy, peaceful cabin, tucked away in the beautiful hills of Grants Pass. With mountain views, stunning sunsets and a private wooded environment, it’s the perfect place to get away. Relax, read a good book, take a soak in the hot tub located just steps outside the master suite. The Cozy Cabin is filled with thoughtful touches, from throw blankets to high quality linens and towels, selected to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

Relax and enjoy our home on the SW side of Grants Pass. Simple and quaint, this will be a great landing spot for anyone and everyone - you can stay in, get cozy, or go out and enjoy what Grants Pass has to offer. Our neighborhood is quiet and safe. You can enjoy a stress free run or walk if you please. This house is minutes from Downtown Grants Pass, The Rogue River, Asante Hospital, local parks and much more. Again thank you for your stay.
