Important: our apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Visaginas is a beautiful city with wonderful lakes and forests. We like to spend time here so we bought and renovated an apartment so it is always pleasant to come here. We want to share this nice place with our guests: a forest that you (almost) can touch from the balcony and a lake that is only 7 minutes away on foot. And also a grocery store that is just beside the house (not very romantic but a convenient fact)

Namelyje yra patogu ilsėtis porai arba šeimai iš 4-5 asmenų, jis yra pritaikytas tiek trumpam, tiek ilgesniam patogiam poilsiui.

Viss nepieciešamais pāris minūšu gājienā – Ausmeņa Kebabs, Iggi Bārs un Karbonādes, Heaburger, veikali, aptieka un sabiedriskais transports. Koncertzāle GORS - 10 min gājiena attālumā. Dzīvoklis ideāli piemērots 2 cilvēkiem, bet tajā ir arī ērts dīvāns, uz kura vajadzības gadījumā var nakšņot trešais cilvēks. Atrodas 5. stāvā - jārēķinās, ka būs jākāpj pa kāpnēm. Property is rented out to one party only. Located on the narrow strip of land between the lakes Cirišs and Egles, Aglona is famous in Latvia and beyond for its Basilica of Assumption - the most important catholic church in the country.

Countryside cottage with sauna

It is a cozy countryside cottage by a pond in the middle of nowhere for people who would like to escape the city life and connect to nature. It has 2 bedrooms, living room with a fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and sauna (sauna included in the price). There is also an AC, so the house can be heated in winter time. It has an outside deck to sit and watch the sunset go down behind the trees. There is a lake near by and a forest. It is a great place for families and friends to relax.

Garden house nice and cosy

The two-bedroom apartment is in a private house with a fireplace. In heating season we stoke the fireplace before guests arrive, but all the following days must be heated by yourself. We provide all necessary for the kindling fireplace in the next staying days. The fireplace kindles easily and keeps heat for a long time. This will not affect your comfort but will make cozy and romantic your stay. I will send you all the necessary instructions on how to stoke the fireplace.

While being close to the main road, train station and shops, you can enjoy walks along the Daugava river or visit nearby attractions: - Liepkalni bakery (4km) - Mezezers lake and skiing resort (8km) - Bursh Brewery (11km) - Odziena manor (12km) Upon request, you can also rent bikes, fishing rods, or welcome a friendly cat from next door ;)

Garden house on the river bank, PRIVAT

Viesu mājiņa atrodas parka malā, apm. 100 m no peldvietas Pērsē un 800m no slavenajām Kokneses pilsdrupām. Vieta ir klusa un mierīga, taču apm. 10-15 minūšu laikā, pastaigājoties pa parku, var nokļūt krodziņā "Rūdolfs", lai tur baudītu garšīgu maltīti, vai aiziet/aizbraukt uz "Maximu", ja gribas pašiem gatavot viesu mājiņas virtuvē. Ir autostāvvieta un bērnu rotaļlaukums.
