Affittasi baita nel comune di Pieve Tesino (TN) a m 1250 s.l.m. immersa nel verde. Casa singola con ampio giardino, barbecue, tavolo al coperto. All'interno la baita dispone al piano terra di salotto più sala da pranzo, cantina e piccolo bagno , al piano superiore due camere da letto più bagno. Nelle vicinanze: Lagorai Cima d'Asta, Arte Sella, laghi Levico e Caldonazzo, campo golf La Farfalla, pesca sportiva Lago Stefy, agriturismi, malghe, mercatini di Natale, impianti sciistici Ski Lagorai.

The chalet is easily reachable and offers all modern conveniences. It can be enjoyed in summer as well as in winter.

E’ immersa nel verde a ridosso del bosco. Potrete passeggiare immersi nella natura gustando il profumo di alberi e funghi, vi rilasserete nell'ampio giardino attrezzato, riposerete in letti morbidi e accoglienti... The beautiful and finely furnished Paruda Mountainchalet is part of the “Stlarida” apartments in Sankt Ulrich (Ortisei) and is a great starting point for exploring the South Tyrolean Alps. The 180 m² chalet extends across 2 storeys and consists of a living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms with king-size beds as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people.
