Lots of shade trees. This rental is a PRIME LOCATION. We are located just below the bluff. There are 3 restaurants within 5 miles. One across the road. Also, 2 breweries, a distillery and several wineries within minutes from our rental. Hammondsport voted best small town in America only 7 miles away.

We are located near Finger Lakes Wineries, Cornell University, Ithaca College, Taughannock Falls, Buttermilk Falls, Ithaca Farmer's Market and the Commons. Private ground floor contains two bedrooms (queen and twin XL beds), bathroom, and family room. Family room has sofa bed, TV, internet, ice machine, kitchenette, bottled water dispenser, and refrigerator. Several steps from Cayuga Lake in the middle of the Cayuga Wine Trail. Very close to wineries, cideries, distillery, and beer garden. Lakefront (shared with owner) includes a propane grill, picnic table, kayaks, and dock for fishing or swimming. Easy walk down beach for children.

FLX Cabin Cottage

Nestled on the East side of Seneca Lake is a AUTHENTIC cozy cabin style cottage with a private shale beach five miles from Watkins Glen. There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property with a 4 person hot tub. Renters also have access to three kayaks, 18 foot canoe ,boat lift, fire pit, outdoor grill and a perfect view of the evening sunsets. I air conditioners installed July 2024
