Charming getaway in country movie district!

This is a charming loft that is next to our 1896 renovated historical home. You will enjoy this freshly redesigned cozy homestead. It lies hidden within the historic district of a quaint little town incorporated in 1860, and you will find it just outside of Atlanta in Coweta County. Grand in its simplicity, Senoia is a destination for those who seek to decompress from a modern, fast-paced lifestyle or escape it altogether. Film enthusiasts can tour famous movie and tv spots with delicious eats.

Quiet neighborhood, near downtown Senoia

We offer 2 beds & 1 bathroom in our home, as well as kitchen, dining, laundry room and covered patio, about 3/4 mi west of downtown, or a 15 minute walk. In Atlanta, about an hour away, there's the World of Coke, Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Park & CNN just to name a few. Pinewood/Raleigh Studios are short drive away, as is Senoia Raceway, a dirt car race track. We have great restaurants, antique shops, gift, coffee and fudge shops around. Golf carts are rented downtown, we highly recommend!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything thanks to its central location of the city of Fayetteville Georgia, making it the perfect base for your stay. Just 2 minutes from a fantastic park to walk or have a good time enjoying outdoor activities, and 10 min from Fayetteville Pavillion where you will find many stores

Enjoy the outdoors with full private access to the pool (open seasonally), an outdoor fire place, and a new hot tub and walking trails to enjoy the outdoors. We DO live onsite and may spend time behind the barn in our shops.

Travel the tree lined drive to arrive at this historic cottage, nestled among the 17 acre estate built in 1875, offering a peaceful respite from city life. With mostly original finishings, the cottage provides a very rustic, woodsy appeal, complete with original, if not slightly uneven charmingly creaky floors, lots of beautiful trees and leaves, and many lovely birds and critters. Sit around the bon fire in rocking chairs to share s’mores, watch the sunset & gaze at the stars!
