The Kolts at Camp Chet (930 forested acres!)

If you are looking for an off-grid and quiet cabin in the forest with miles of private hiking trails, we have just the place. The Kolts cabin has 3 full size mattresses. The Kolts is adjacent to a wet weather waterfall, has it's own grill and firepit and is close to the shared picnic tables, grill, port-a-potty and pavilion which is great for meals or a hammock spot under roof. Make sure to bring your own water as utilities are not available onsite. (There is no electricity or potable water)

On 5 acres in peaceful wooded area of Signal mtn yet still only 20-25 minutes from downtown w/ romantic mtn views just a few miles away.

From the original wood floors to the attic bedrooms to the quirky closets, you will be transported to a simpler time. With the well appointed kitchen, you can cook to your heart's content, or if you'd prefer to order out, the area's restaurants are nearby. Chattanooga, Lookout Mountain, Fall Creek Falls Park, Savage Gulf Park, and the Lodge Factory are just a few of the many nearby attractions.

Proudly operating under permit by Hamilton County, TN. Renovation made to meet strict regulations. Come relax at our cozy retreat nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by nature. Centrally located on Signal Mountain, you will feel safe and secure from the outside world. You can just chill, go for one of many beautiful hikes close by or even play some of the musical instruments we have available for you. We are only about 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga.

The Bird House near Fall Creek Falls State Park

This is a 1080 sq ft, 2 bedroom / 2 bath pet friendly (see details below for pets) house with a gas grill, fully equipped kitchen, fully stocked beverage station that host a coffee pot and Keurig, snacks, laundry with detergent, and a fire pit. Apple TV, WiFi, books, and board games. Fur babies are welcome, though please read through all the rules regarding pets. Please note there is a pet fee. Special note: the house will be decorated for the holiday season!

Our barnyards have sheep, goats, alpaca, miniature horses, donkey, Scottish Highland cattle, and livestock guardian dogs. Be sure to spend time in the pastures and treating our farm friends.
