This little gem is located in the green area of Ada Ciganlija only 20 minutes from the city center. The houseboat is designed as an oasis of peace in nature. The house offers all amenities, ideal for families and for couples as well. Water makes things even more beautiful:) It's necessary to respect the rules of the house and take care of the environment. Wonderful floating holiday house for quite and private time directly above the clear water of the lake Perućac, famous for its green since placed on the territory of national park Tara. The house is placed on the floated (but anchored to the bank) terrace 8x8m, which has steps to enter the water directly. To reach the platform from the bank, a small boat is used.
