Loft do Choco is a unique eco-friendly house in the very heart of the historical center of Setúbal. The loft is located in the typical fisherman's neighborhood of Fonte Nova. The bright loft is inspired by Setubal's famous cuttlefish (port.: Choco) and by the city's seaside location. The house is made out of sustainable materials with its cork floor, wooden walls, traditional ceramics (Azulejo), and a relaxing indoor fishermen hammock. Loft do Choco is the best place to enjoy sea and mountains.

Hooked on Troino is the result of an ambitious project to fully recover a century-old and emblematic building located in the heart of Setúbal, a place of unique and enriched experiences through what is most typical and popular in the city and which is genuinely rooted. The Loft do Castelo is a large space consisting of bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. A mix between the modern and the typical, with a balcony that embraces Largo da Fonte Nova and overlooks the São Filipe Castle.

É uma região muito rica tanto pelos seus Vinhos, queijos e doces, como pelas lindas paisagens da serra e as suas praias! Está muito bem localizado perto de comércio e serviços, rápido acesso a transportes públicos e supermercados, acesso às autoestradas, também fica perto das adegas José Maria da Fonseca e Bacalhôa.

Mi Pequeño Palacete! My little mansion

in the historical center of town, only 400 meters from the beautiful beaches of Setubal and 130 meters from the main avenue in town, where you have restaurants, bars, cafes etc. a room with a shared bathroom in a private floor. a fully equipped kitchen can be used with extra charge. Timmy, my beautiful cat, lives in the house with me. my place has 2 floors, i stay in the bottom floor and the upper floor is dedicated for my guests.
