This wonderful farm with capacity for 9 guests, has 1 suite and 2 bedrooms with one bathroom and another annexe with one suite. This house has a wonderful swimming pool, outdoor dining area and an orchard with fruit trees at your disposal. The house is 25 minutes from the best beaches on the Alentejo coast: Praia dos Aivados, Praia da Samoqueira and Praia da Ilha do Pessegueiro.

Nestled on the top of its hill, the house allows quick access to the lagoon of Santo André and the ocean (10km), the villages of Melides (15km), Grândola and Comporta. A car will be required.
