An apartment with a surface area of 112 m2. The apartment is in a historic building completely renovated, that results in a design apartment and building with all the contemporany confort. The apartment is a loft concept that ofers on the ground floor a large living room with sofas and lots of natural light. On same level, there is the dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen. Also on same level there is a private bedroom and the bathroom. On the upper floor, you will find one bedroom that opens to the living room. Everything results in an apartment of excellence, with sober decoration and with all the amenities for a memorable stay. All the areas of the apartment are acessible. Available to help during stay. The loft is in the Príncipe Real neighborhood, located at the top of one of Lisbon's seven hills, with beautiful city views. It's a neighborhood with palatial buildings, gardens, dynamic shops, and restaurants with famous chefs. The nearest metro station is Rato, yellow line (10 min walking). The apartment have one parking space. Short walking distance from the main historical sites of the city: Bairro Alto, Carmo, Chiado, Avenida da Liberdade, Castelo de S. Jorge, Praça do Comércio. Very short walking distance to places of interest in the neighborhood: Jardim do Príncipe Real, Jardim Botânico de Lisboa, Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara, Museu de História Natural, Bairro Alto.

Apartment in open space with Air-conditioning. With equipped kitchen, bathroom, living and dining area, double bed and sofa bed. Metro station: Alameda (red and green line). Facilities: A traditional street with supermarket in front of the building, public transportations, banks and shops. Free parking spot (subject to availability). Old mill

Studio open space with an independent entrance integrated in a house of contemporary architecture, where we live, next to a ruin of an old mill. Fantastic view of the countryside. Bed for 2 people, with the possibility of hosting another in an extra sofa (20 euros extra payment). Fully equipped kitchen. Magnificent bathroom. There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

Villa Zenith (heated swimming pool)

Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish villa. With an ocean oriented garden where you may enjoy the rays of sun all year along, with warm swimming pool (heated at additional cost of 30€ per day), this accommodation can host up to 8 people in complete comfort. The large living room with a pleasant fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms and a 10 meters pool offer an unforgettable and relaxing experience.
