Découvrez cet appartement qui se trouve au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison familiale. Il possède 2 chambres et 1 un canape lit pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes et 1 bébé. L'appartement est totalement privé avec sa propre entrée et petite cour privatif, le jardin est a partager avec les propriétaires. • 10-12 minutes à pied du bus qui vous mènera à la station de Coina ou à Setúbal. • 20 minutes de toute les belles plages da serra d'Arrábida. • 30 minutes en voiture de Lisbonne.

The independent guesthouse you'll be staying at is located on a shared property, few meters away from the owner's main house. Despite the fact that owners live very close, you can enjoy the privacy at the cozy patio in front of the guesthouse or at a swimming pool. The pool will be for your exclusive use most of the time, but we may occasionally use it too. No pets allowed, because we have two little rabbits running freely. We are not renting for parties or events.

This is a rural house if you want to be out of town, 15 km from Setúbal and Sesimbra, 20 km to Lisbon. It is inserted in the particular property. We have two separate apartments in this 1 hectare property and my family lives in the other house as well. We do not accept check in after 21:00 hours. If there is no possibility to check in earlier, please ask if it is possible before making a reservation.
