Spend your time with your family and friends at our cozy family house near Sevan beach. The beachfront is very clear and not windy, the water is warm during summertime. You can rent a boat on our beach and can order fresh fish and crayfish from the lake everyday in the morning. The place is far from other cottages so noise will not disturb anyone.
