Welcome to our home! Whether you're traveling with family, visiting for work, or exploring the area, this is the perfect place for you. Our recently renovated home offers 4 bedrooms, 5 beds (3 queens, 1 full and a sofa bed in the large suite), and 2 full bathrooms. Most bedrooms feature a smart TV for your entertainment, except the full size bedroom. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, you're just a short drive from major retailers, dining options, and local shops. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Relax at Magnolia Cottage, a small private Guest House located on our 25 acre farm. This hotel room-size cottage has a *new Queen bed suitable for 1-2 guests, kitchenette features a small sink, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and toaster oven (no stove) cozy and stylish space with heat/ac and electric fireplace. Bathroom has a walk in shower stall. Location is close to Cranberry shopping and restaurants, weddings and events in Butler county, less than 40 minutes from Downtown Pittsburgh.

Cottage at Lake Tranquility

Located beside 3.5-acre lake (private) with deck overlooking a pasture and swans ... a peaceful getaway. Upstairs is a loft with twin beds and small office. Electric heating and A/C make it very cozy. A queen-sized bedroom on the first-floor, kitchen, bathroom with shower, and laundry room. The living area is directly above horse stalls in the basement. We have isolated that area from the living spaces, but if you are extremely sensitive to farm odors you might prefer to stay somewhere else.

Cozy Cottage nestled on the Slippery Rock Creek

Secluded along the banks of the Slippery Rock Creek is the 4th generation family cottage, fully renovated in 2017, originally built in 1940. Descend the 45 steps to the cottage and find “there’s no place like (a 2nd) home”. From the wraparound deck you may see geese, deer, bald eagles, osprey, beaver, great blue heron and ducks.
