Welcome to our Scout Lane Cabin. Our beautiful home sits on 6 acres of land surrounded by woods. Roaring run which is considered a class A native trout stream flows right through the back yard. This property is within walking distance to the ICV hiking and biking trail. Just a short drive to both Hidden Valley and Seven Springs resorts and PA's largest state park, Ohiopyle. Our newly renovated home sleeps up to 10 people. Features include: hot tub, outdoor fire pit, pellet stove, outdoor grill, central air, and radiant heated floors in the addition. Nestled in the heart of the Laurel Highlands, Scout Lane Cabin is the perfect location for a relaxing escape or action filled adventure. PLEASE contact owner before booking for pricing. I have a 3 night minimum over Christmas, New Years, Presidents’ Day and MLK Day weekends. I have a $10/night fee per pet. Stoneridge D34A is a ski in and ski out condo that is close to restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and 24 hour free shuttle service . You’ll love the condo because of the coziness, the views, and the LOCATION. It is great for couples, solo adventurers,and families(with kids).It sleeps 4. There are 21 steps.

Sleeps 13 Ski in/Ski out walking distance to the slopes! Renovated 3 bed 3.5 bath townhouse with loft! Chalet boasts 2 king, 1 queen, 4 twin and a queen sleeper couch. Twin beds may be pushed together to make 2 full beds. Includes access to a private hot tub, outdoor kitchen, outdoor dining area and two patios! Best slopes in Western PA. There is a 24 hour shuttle provided to the main lodge. There are tons of biking/hiking trails, golf and a pool in the summer. Have fun in the sun and snow!

Most rental properties around 7 Springs do “NOT” permit rental guests to use fireplaces. The Alpine DOES! It has a wood burning stove and we supply the wood! This beautiful mountain home is located on a private, wooded, quiet lot located across from the North entrance of 7 Springs. The 7 person Jacuzzi outdoor hot tub enjoys views of the slopes.

Nestle into this cozy, one bedroom condo in The Villages at Seven Springs Mountain Resort. This retreat boasts easy ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes via the Villages Trail next to the condo building (weather permitting). What makes this condo special is the large living space with two couches, a king bed, and a full kitchen with many amenities. As a guest, you have access to the free shuttle service or visit the clubhouse with pool, hot-tub, basketball and tennis in the summer months.
