Whispering Pines Cottage

Need a getaway in the middle of the woods? Come visit the Whispering Pines Cottage in the mountains. Surrounded by beautiful nature, streams, forests, hiking trails, and so much more! We are located near Linn Run State Park, Powdermill Nature Reserve, Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Ohiopyle, and the beautiful, quaint village of Ligonier! Our cottage has a full kitchen with all the basics, wifi (IT IS SLOW!), sitting areas, 2 beds, and a fully equipped bathroom. We do not have cell reception.

Mountain Oasis Cottage

Our Cottage is located at the base of a mountain on a dead end road it is very tranquil with a lot of deer and wildlife that feed in the back yard. We are 15 minutes from the city of Cumberland Maryland where the “Western Maryland Bike Trail” is located and 30 minutes from historic Bedford, PA. The Cottage has two bedrooms that each feature queen size beds, one living room with a pull out queen size sofa bed, and a sitting room with a full size pull out sofa bed. We also have central air!!

Sunbeams Cottage

Small home is completely remodeled using traditional woodwork craftsmanship for a warm feel. Full appliances and amenities are supplied in the cottage. Evening and breakfast snacks included. Tasty public tap water for drinking and cooking. Private lane leads to the home with a spacious covered porch overlooking hillside and field. Ideal location at foothills of Laurel Highlands and outskirts of Pittsburgh. Town of Mt. Pleasant is just minutes away providing restaurants and shopping.

Nestled against a hillside, at the end of a small city lane, sits a charming private retreat. Park in one of your reserved spaces and step down to a unique retreat high above the city to enjoy a vintage cottage with modern amenities. Open kitchen and living room with high ceilings. Private bathroom with shower. Comfortable and cozy two bedrooms each with a queen bed. Living room with cable t.v. and free wi-fi. Temperature control for each room for heating and air condition. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, pots, pans dishes, and glassware. Less than a mile to downtown Ligonier shops and restaurants. 1.5 miles to Idlewild Park. 10 minutes away from Laurel Mountain Ski Resort.

Entire Cottage w/ Additional Creek Cabin

****Please read entire description of property*** Main cottage (available year-round) - 1 bedroom, 1 sleep sofa in living room, 1 full bath, 1 half bath off kitchen Additional creek-side cabin (only available April 1- November 1 - $85/night plus $50 cleaning fee) - 1 bedroom, sofa, 1 full bath, dry kitchenette We never rent the creek-side cabin separately from the main cottage. If you do not need to rent it, you will still have access to the creek-side deck.

Three miles from the historic town of Ligonier, this home offers all you would need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We're located in the heart of the Laurel Highlands close to golf courses, ski resorts, museums, theaters, restaurants, Idlewild Amusment Park and numerous State Parks with great hiking and biking trails. Enjoy fishing steps from the back deck as this home sits along Four Mile Run creek.

Trillium Acres Cottage

Located 10 miles from downtown Morgantown and the stadium. Cooper's Rock is just 12 miles away, with hiking, mountain biking and rock climbing. This cozy cottage with modern amenities can accommodate 4 people with 1 queen beds and a queen pull-out sofa. Trillium Acres Hilltop is next door and Trillium Acres Guest House is a short walk through the woods next door, for larger groups needing more accommodation.
