Villa by the sea

This house is located in small seaside place Kanica, right in front of the sea and small beach. The house is surrounded by beautiful garden, swimming pool and from terrace and balconies you may enjoy amazing views to the sea and surroundings. The house is equipped in order to suit all needs for perfect vacations in relaxing environment. Both floors are air conditioned, and there is free Wi-Fi Internet access in entire house. All in all, house provides everything for relaxing holidays.

Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 40 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

It offers three bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest toilet, and an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy amenities like a washing machine, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and air conditioning. A 25m² furnished terrace with a BBQ and garden is perfect for relaxing. Parking for one car is available. A rocky beach is just below the house.

Soba Old Town nalazi se na samom centru stare jezgre prekrasne Rogoznice, nekoliko stepenica hoda kamenom ulicom od crkve i sunčane rive. Svi bitniji sadržaji od restorana, caffe barova, trgovina, trgova i prekrasnih plaža udaljeni su ne više od 600 metara od objekta. Sam smještaj ima prekrasan pogled.
