Surrounded by beautiful hiking trails and local shopping, 12 minutes from the University, this is the perfect retreat for families, groups, or couples looking for a serene escape.

There are plenty of board games, foosball table, air hockey, ping pong, corn hole, and basketball arcade to keep kids and adults entertained. On the back deck there is a 6 person hot tub and beautiful bluff view. Newly constructed in 2025, this house sits on 18 wooded acres and is very peaceful with many thought out features. Unwind at night by the fire pit with a stocked firewood shed a few steps away.
